New P90X for Xbox Fitness routines want to shape you up during August

A new series of P90X programs have been released for Xbox Fitness, designed to take gamers on a 30-day fitness program “to get you completely ripped,” Microsoft today said via Xbox Wire.

“Your trainer, Tony Horton, will push you to your limits with explosive moves that work your entire body from head to toe. With the help of Kinect for Xbox One, which monitors and corrects your form and function, this one-of-a-kind customized workout will get the results you want fast,” the post continues.

Available now for $60 USD, the program also gives you a downloadable calendar and nutrition plan to help out with the actual Xbox Fitness workouts.
