New maps, mode added to week two of the Halo 5 multiplayer beta

Halo 5: Guardians developer 343 Industries took to Halo Waypoint recently to update gamers on week two of the game’s multiplayer beta test.

A new game type called Breakout will be added, alongside two new maps for the mode: Crossfire and its variant, Trench.

Moreover, two new maps will be added to the Slayer playlist: Regret and Eden.

The changes should have gone into place last night.

The Halo 5Guardians multiplayer beta continues until 18 January.
