New Control trailer shows off the Federal Bureau of Control

A new Control trailer shows off the Federal Bureau of Control, narrated by none other than James McCaffrey (Max Payne).

McCaffrey plays former Bureau Director Trench in the game — ‘former’ because you end up taking his place as protagonist Jesse Faden.

“After a secretive agency in New York is invaded by an otherworldly threat, players will take on the role of Jesse Faden (Courtney Hope), the new Director struggling to regain Control,” Remedy and 505 Games said of the title in a press release that accompanied the trailer.

This sandbox-style, gameplay-driven experience built on the proprietary Northlight engine will challenge players to master a combination of supernatural abilities, modifiable loadouts and reactive environments while fighting through the deep and mysterious worlds Remedy is known and loved for.”

Control is expected in 2019 on Windows PC, Xbox One and PS4. The trailer was part of a special livestream that took place this morning.
