NBA 2K16 teaches us even companion apps can have cover stars

2K today announced a cover star for its NBA 2K16 companion app.

Yep. Companion app.

Two-time NBA All-Star Paul George will be the franchises first-ever companion app cover star, heading up My NBA 2K16.

The companion app features MyTeam Mobile, a themed card game, as well as MyCareer functionality.

NBA 2K16 and its companion app will be available at the end of the month.
