Monster Hunter Rise Sunbreak release date set for 30 June

The Monster Hunter Rise Sunbreak release date has been set for 30 June on Switch and PC, Capcom and Nintendo have today advised.

The expansion brings a new story, hub, monsters and abilities, all accessible after completing the base game.

Moreover, a Deluxe Edition will offer up the expansion alongside bonus content including layered armour sets, gestures and a new hairstyle. The Deluxe Edition includes a copy of the base game alongside the Sunbreak expansion.

Finally, those who pre-order the content will receive two layered armour sets for the Palamute and Palico companions.

Monster Hunter Rise is currently available on Nintendo Switch and Windows PC. We reviewed the title here.
