Microsoft’s Project Scorpio will be further detailed late this Thursday

Microsoft’s Project Scorpio will be detailed later this week, according to Eurogamer’s Digital Foundry.

Eurogamer today took to Twitter to confirm rumours Microsoft would further detail the Xbox One’s powerful cousin ahead of E3.

Aussies can expect the reveal at 11.00 pm AEST on Thursday, 6 April.

We already know that Project Scorpio has a whopping 6 teraflops of performance power, including 8 CPU cores and 320 GB a second of memory bandwidth. It’s unlikely that Microsoft will reveal pricing or a set release date ahead of E3, so we’re not sure what to expect from Digital Foundry later this week.

What would you like to learn of Project Scorpio on Friday?
