Microsoft won’t be at Tokyo Game Show, running own event in October instead

Microsoft has confirmed it will not have a presence at Tokyo Game Show this year, instead opting for its own event in October.

Xbox made the confirmation with Game_Watch, saying it will bypass TGS for the second year in a row.

Instead, Microsoft will host Xbox Dai Kansha-sai (or “Xbox Big Thanksgiving”) in October.

We’ll keep you posted.
