Microsoft wants to put TV through your Xbox One as you stream a game to PC

Xbox’s Phil Spencer said that Microsoft is aiming for TV via HDMI passthrough at the same time you stream game content from your console to your Windows 10 PC.

Spencer handled the question via Twitter.

Just imagine it, folks — you could be watching the Australian Open on your TV at the same time you’re playing Destiny via your Surface. All through your Xbox One.

Or, you know, you could just plug your TV directly into your TV — especially if you’re still using an antenna — and still stream regardless. Either way.
