Microsoft says Fable, Gears of War E-Day, new Forza and Halo coming 2026

Yay?

Microsoft has confirmed that Fable, Gears of War E-Daya new Forza, and something related to Halo will all be available in 2026, coinciding with the 25th anniversary of Xbox.

“Players will get to celebrate 25 years of Xbox with a new Fable, the next Forza, Gears of War E-Day, and the return of a classic that has been with us since the beginning,” Spencer said, name checking three franchises while teasing Halo.

We don’t have much more than that to go on, but we’ll update you with news as it becomes available.

Microsoft also confirmed that Gears of War Reloaded, a remake of the original Gears title, will head to PC, Xbox, and PlayStation on 26 August.
