Metroid Prime 4 Beyond coming 2025

Really? Finally?

Metroid Prime 4 Beyond is the name of the almost-vapourware sequel, and it’s finally heading to Nintendo Switch in 2025.

Prime 4 was first announced way back in 2017 before dropping off the face of the planet for a while. Then, in 2019, it was reported that the title was restarting development entirely.

Flash forward to now, and we not only have a subtitle for the game, but a new trailer. It’s below.

“The galaxy’s greatest bounty hunter, Samus Aran, is back,” Nintendo said alongside the trailer. “Metroid Prime 4 Beyond will launch on Nintendo Switch in 2025.”
