Metal Gear Survive beta now available on Xbox One, PS4

The Metal Gear Survive beta is currently up and running on Xbox One and PS4, Konami today confirmed.

As we’ve previously detailed, the beta will offer up two maps and three co-op missions. Moreover, those who participate will be able to earn some in-game bonus items that will be issued at the game’s full release.

The beta has also confirmed that a constantly-on internet connection is required to play the game. Moreover, the beta offers up microtransactions — one can be purchased to boost earned XP.

Beta access is offered until 21 January.

Metal Gear: Survive heads to Windows PC, Xbox One and PS4 on 22 February.
