Mario Kart Tour beta access starts in May ahead of full release

Mario Kart Tour beta will take place in May ahead of a full release a few months afterwards, Nintendo and DeNA have confirmed.

The mobile title’s beta will run from 22 May to 4 June and will sadly be limited to Android users in the USA and Japan, according to Nintendo.

“The closed beta test is a test of an application under development and is held for customers in order to improve the quality of the game,” Nintendo wrote on its website. “Furthermore, the number of customers who may participate in this test is limited. If the number of applications exceeds the number of possible participants, we will randomly select the participants.”

We’ll let you know when to expect the full release of the title.

Mario Kart Tour is planned for iOS and Android devices and will be available in 2019.
