Mario Kart Hot Wheels toys coming next June

Mario Kart Hot Wheels have today been announced by Nintendo and Hot Wheels, and will be available in June 2019.

The announcement was made as part of the San Diego Comic Con. You can see Hot Wheels’ announcement, via Twitter, below:

No need to go to Mashable, though: new cars will feature Nintendo’s standard Mario Kart roster, including Mario, Luigi, Yoshi, Rosalina, Wario, Peach, Toad and Bowser. You can see most of those Hot Wheels toys above.

This isn’t the first collaboration between Nintendo and Hot Wheels; the two have paired in the past to create a Donkey Kong van, Yoshi pickup truck and Mario bread truck. Yep.

The latest Mario Kart is Mario Kart 8 Deluxe on Nintendo Switch. For more Hot Wheels goodness, you might want to check out Forza Horizon 3‘s special Hot Wheels DLC.
