Major US retailers reduce the price of the PlayStation TV

Though Sony has not officially lowered the price of the PlayStation TV, major retailers in the United States sure have.

The PlayStation TV that comes bundled with a controller, normally priced at $140 USD, has been reduced to $100 USD by Amazon, GameStop, Best Buy and more. The PS TV’s controller-less model, normally at $100 USD, is now priced at $80 USD.

We’re currently investigating to see if Australian retailers have followed suit.

Stevivor reviewed the PlayStation TV, which streams games to a PS-less television from a PS4, PS Vita or PlayStation Now, here.
