Jackbox Party Pack 8 games detailed, release date set for October

Yes please.

All Jackbox Party Pack 8 games have been revealed alongside a 14 October release date.

The bundle will feature five new games, all up, including a new entry in the popular Drawful franchise.

Here are the new games, alongside a short description of each:

  • Drawful Animate: Think Drawful, but as a gif. Players will create looping, two-frame animations based on prompts. (3-10 players)
  • Weapons Drawn: A “social deduction game” where you’re both a murderer and a detective. (4-8 players)
  • Job Job: Players will use other players’ prompts to respond to classic job interview questions. (3-10 players)
  • Poll Mine: A survey game where players answer poll questions, then need to determine how the group has voted. (2-10 players)
  • The Wheel of Enormous Proportions: A “fantastic, mystical” quiz wheel is the core of this new trivia game. (4-8 players)

You can check the games out in action thanks to a new trailer, below. As per usual, all the titles can be played using a smartphone connected to Jackbox.tv.

Jackbox Party Pack 8 heads to Windows PC, Mac, Linux, Xbox One, Xbox Series S, Xbox Series X, PS4, PS5, Switch, iOS and Android from 14 October.
