It looks like Stray is meowing its way to Xbox

Cat lovers, take note.

Indie darling Stray looks set for a release on Xbox, if a new ESRB rating is to be taken at face value.

Twitter user MACOS380 found the new ESRB rating the other day, with the ratings board proclaiming it as E for Everyone aged 10 or over.

The cat-focused title was originally released in July of last year and was instantly accessible through PlayStation Plus.

“Stray isn’t just a cat game, it is THE cat game,” I wrote in my review. “That’s how it was introduced to the world, and certainly how it will be remembered.”

We’ll let you know when an official announcement about Stray‘s Xbox release is made. Or, alternatively, debunked.

Stray is available now on PC, PS4 and PS5. It’s also available through PlayStation Plus subscription tiers higher than Essentials. We reviewed the game here.
