Here’s how to watch Microsoft’s big Windows 11 reveal

Set your alarms -- it's at 1.00 am this Friday.

Microsoft is all set to unveil Windows 11 early tomorrow morning, and the company has recently shared the URL to watch it live.

Here within Australia, Microsoft’s Windows 11 event will take place from 1.00 am AEST on Friday, 25 June. Set your alarms!

Unlike Microsoft’s Xbox reveals, this one doesn’t look to be taking place over Twitch and/or YouTube. Instead, Microsoft has sent us this Microsoft-hosted URL if you’re keen on watching.

Windows 11 was leaked earlier in the month, showing an operating system with a centered taskbar, a simplified Start menu and further refinements. As we reported earlier, Microsoft has taken a number of enhancements meant for dual-screen devices as part of the now-cancelled Windows 10X and has rolled them into this new release.

We’re exhausted so not staying up for the reveal, but good on those who do. We’ll be back tomorrow morning with all the details you need to know.

Cheers to TechRadar for the image.
