Heartstopper Season 2 heads to Netflix on 3 August

Yay!

Heartstopper Season 2 will head to Netflix on 3 August, it’s recently been announced.

The show will pick up where Season 1 left off, following protagonists Charlie Spring (Joe Locke) and Nick Nelson (Kit Connor) as they attend Truham Grammar School for Boys.

In case you’ve not seen Heartstopper, it’s based off of the graphic novels from writer and artist Alice Oseman and is adorably optimistic. We found it quite refreshing in a landscape of darker coming-of-age tales.

Locke and Connor are joined by returning actors Yasmin Finney, Sebastian Croft, William Gao, Jenny Walser and more.

Heartstopper Season 1 is available in full right now on Netflix; Season 2 is available from 3 August.
