Halo: Spartan Strike heads to Windows devices, Steam in December

Microsoft and 343 have confirmed Halo: Spartan Strike, the twin-stick follow-up to Halo: Spartan Assault, on Windows devices and Steam.

The new game, out in December, will feature new enemy types and vehicles from the latest Halo trilogy — so say hello to those pesky Promethians — and around 30 new missions.

Despite the new stuff, the game’s story takes place at the same time as Halo 2.

The game will also feature unlocks for Halo: The Master Chief Collection, out 11 November for Xbox One.
