Halo: The Master Chief Collection’s matchmaking patch has been delayed

Halo: The Master Chief Collection‘s matchmaking patch has been delayed, according to a statement by developer 343 Industries.

The update was due right about now, but has since been pushed back to “later this week,” 343 said in a blog post.

The patch should deploy “a variety of fixes across the title, including Matchmaking performance issues, general UI and game stability improvements,” for the various Halo games in the bundle.

“This week’s content update, which was originally scheduled for release this Wednesday, Nov. 19, will now be releasing later this week to allow for additional fixes, as well as the completion of the testing and certification process,” publisher Microsoft added.
