Halo 5: Guardians’ Forge tools heading free to Windows PC

343 Industries has declared it will bring Halo 5: Guardians‘ Forge system to Windows 10.

The free creation tool will allow users to design maps for the Xbox One version of the game, fine tuning their creations with keyboard and mouse support.

“Forge on the PC will finally give the mouse/keyboard editing precision the community has always been clamoring for,” 343 Industries’ Tom French said. “On top of that, an updated and optimized UI geared towards mouse interactions makes a lot of the inputs in Forge easier/faster than before.”

343 said to look for more information on Forge on the PC later this year.

Halo 5: Guardians is exclusive to Xbox One. We reviewed it here.
