Halo 3 ODST PC release date confirmed for 22 September

The Halo 3 ODST PC release date has been confirmed for 22 September within Halo The Master Chief Collection, 343 Industries has announced.

Halo 3: ODST will officially arrive on PC as part of the Master Chief Collection, on September 22,” a tweet from the Halo Twitter account reads. “Suit up, strap in, and prepare to return to New Mombassa.”

Originally released to the Xbox 360 back in 2008, the PC version of ODST will let players play in expanded resolution, with support for an unlocked framerate and ultrawide monitors.

The release of ODST means that only Halo 4 is absent from the PC release of The Master Chief Collection — expect 343 Industries to add that in the coming months.

Halo The Master Chief Collection is currently available on Windows PC and Xbox One as part of the Xbox Game Pass subscription program. A version is also available for Windows PC via Steam.
