Gran Turismo Sport demo available next week

A time-limited Gran Turismo Sport demo will be available on PS4 next week, developer Polyphony today announced.

Available from 10 October, the time-limited demo will be available between 2.00 am AEDST 10 October until 2.00 am AEDST on 13 October. Pre-loading of the demo begins at 2.00 am AEDST on 8 October.

Progression in the demo can be carried over into the full game — $1MM of in-game credit and any unlocked vehicles are transferable.

The demo will offer up Sport, Campaign and Arcade modes.

“The GT Sport demo will give fans an in-depth look at some of the new features, geared to define the future of motorsports for all levels of drivers, from first timers to 20 year veterans of the franchise,” SCEA’s Ken Chan wrote in a blog post. “You drive and tune on your own terms, while the new matchmaking system ensures you’re always racing against others of similar abilities.”

Gran Turismo Sport heads to the PS4 on 17 October. Are you planning on taking part in the demo?
