Gotham Knights game delayed into 2022

Boo.

Gotham Knights, the next Batman video game (without Batman), has been delayed into 2022.

Announced last August, Gotham Knights was planned for a 2021 release.

“We are giving the game more time to deliver the best possible experience for players,” Warner Bros recently advised. “Thank you to our amazing fans for your tremendous support of Gotham Knights. We look forward to showcasing more of the game in the coming months.”

“Batman is dead. It is now up to the Batman Family – Batgirl, Nightwing, Red Hood and Robin – to protect Gotham City, bring hope to its citizens, discipline to its cops, and fear to its criminals,” Warner Bros Montreal said of the title back at its announcement. “You must evolve into the new Dark Knight and save Gotham from chaos.”

Gotham Knights will be released for Windows PC, Xbox One, Xbox Series S & X, PS4 and PS5 sometime in 2022.
