Foxtel Play now on PS4

Sony Computer Entertainment Australia today confirmed that Foxtel Play is available on PS4.

The multi-device streaming service was made available on PS3 at the start of the month.

“Following a hugely successful PlayStation 4 launch in Australia, we’ve been committed to bringing the best entertainment services to our digital savvy consumers,” said Michael Ephraim, Managing Director, Sony Computer Entertainment Australia. “Foxtel Play on PS4 is a fantastic addition for families to enjoy from the ever-expanding suite of services.”

Foxtel Chief Operating Officer, Rohan Lund, said, “Foxtel is pleased to bring access to Foxtel Play to PlayStation 4 fans after only one month since its arrival on PlayStation 3. We are continuing to up the ante across the number of ways people can view Foxtel Play, and PlayStation 4 is an excellent platform to make our next generation console debut on.”

Foxtel Play starts at $25 AUD a month, with additional content packs costing another $25 AUD per month. Game of Thrones is part of the movie pack, including Showcase, meaning you’re up for $50 AUD if you’re looking to stream season four.
