Foxtel Now app now available on PS4

The new Foxtel Now app is now available on PS4, Foxtel today advised.

Just ahead of the new season of Game of Thrones, the app will let subscribers stream the show in glorious 720p.

“We’re delighted to announce Foxtel Now as a new addition to the strong portfolio of video and TV services available on PlayStation 4,” said Sony Australia’s Patrick Lagana. “The quality of content and convenience of Foxtel Now, paired with our brand new video interface, means there’s never been a better time to be entertained on PlayStation.”

Game of Thrones’ seventh season heads to the app on 17 July at 11.00 am AEST. It’s available on both the Drama and Pop packs, available on a month-to-month subscription. Either pack costs $15 AUD a month.

The Foxtel Play app on other consoles will still stream content like Foxtel Now.

Those wishing to try a two-week trial of the service can sign up here.
