Forza Motorsport 7 will be in glorious 4K at the cost of a 100GB download

Forza Motorsport 7 will have an approximate download size of 100GB, according to the Windows 10 Store.

The 4K-compatible Xbox Play Anywhere title looks to be quite beefy, packing 4K textures and the like alongside all the 1080p stuff for us plebs. The download looks to be all or nothing as well — even if you’re not going to use 4K, you’re going to download said assets.

With Australia continually lacking in the internets department, does the surge to 4K gaming have you worried? Are you under a datacap that will make downloading titles of this size problematic? Will you be switching to disc-based titles if so? Sound off in the comments, below!

Forza Motorsport 7 heads to Xbox One and Windows PC on 3 October. The 4K-capable Xbox One X follows in November.
