Fornite Battle Royale offline for emergency maintenance

Fortnite Battle Royale has been taken offline for emergency maintenance, developer Epic has advised.

“We’re bringing the servers offline for emergency maintenance. We apologize for this inconvenience,” a tweet on the game’s official Twitter account reads. “We currently have no ETA on when servers will be back up.”

Users can check Epic’s status page for updates.

We’ll let you know when you can expect to jump back in and play Fortnite: Battle Royale.

Available on Windows PC, Xbox One, PS4 and iOS, Fortnite: Battle Royale was today updated to version 3.5. Maybe that’s what’s causing the issues?
