For Honor dedicated servers available on Xbox One, PS4

After a long period of waiting, For Honor will finally offer up dedicated servers on both Xbox One and PS4.

Available from tomorrow (or perhaps later in the day today here in Australia), and after the game’s schedule maintenance is performed, the servers will go live. As on PC, the introduction of the dedicated servers is intended to improve matchmaking an reduce lag across the game’s PvP modes.

Dedicated servers were announced for For Honor back in 2017, with PC receiving them first last month.

What do you make of this change? Is it enough to get you back into For Honor on console?

For Honor is available on Windows PC, Xbox One and PS4. We reviewed it here.
