Farpoint: Sony’s first-person VR shooter gets a new story trailer

A new story trailer for Farpoint was released by Sony yesterday.

Farpoint is a first-person shooter designed exclusively for PlayStation VR. You can watch the new trailer below.

The game comes with an optional aim controller that developer Impulse Gear doesn’t consider that optional.

“Interaction with the PS VR aim controller was really important – the act of holding a physical weapon in your hands, aiming by looking down the sights, reacting, ducking and leaning into cover as you would in real life,” said Randy Nolta, Art Director at the development studio.

Farpoint heads to PS4 and PlayStation VR on 17 May. For more, head to the PlayStation Blog.
