Far Cry 5 Lost on Mars release date set for next week

The Far Cry 5 Lost on Mars release date has been set for next week, Ubisoft has today confirmed.

Players can expect the game’s second major expansion from 17 July. It takes protagonists Nick Rye and Hurk to Mars to help best an alien invasion. If you’ve played a specific series of side-missions inside Far Cry 5, the story won’t seem that outlandish.

Crazy, right?

Lost on Mars follows the game’s first expansion, Hours of Darkness, a realistic experience set in the jungles of Vietnam during the Vietnam War.

The DLC is part of the game’s Season Pass ($44.95 AUD; including three expansions and Far Cry 3) or can be purchased separately ($17.95 AUD).

Far Cry 5 is currently available on Windows PC, Xbox One and PS4.
