Overwatch League nabs 400,000 viewers on day one

The Overwatch League appears to be a big success, netting over 400,000 viewers on its first day of action.

Opening numbers peaked at 410,000 viewers on Twitch during the Dallas Fuel vs Seoul Dynasty game. The figure, revealed on Twitter by Twitch’s Director of Content Marketing, Ben Goldhaber, takes into account both English and non-English streams.

Were you part of that figure, watching along? If so, what did you think of the first day of play?

Overwatch is available now on Windows PC, Xbox One and PS4. Those who wish to support their favourite team can net 200 League Tokens for special League skins, in-game.
