New York Excelsior the Overwatch League Stage 2 champions

The New York Excelsior have emerged victorious after intense Overwatch League Stage 2 finals action.

The Excelsior managed to come through with a 3-2 reverse sweep, edging out rivals Philadelphia Fusion yesterday. For their efforts, the Excelsior pocket a $100,000 USD cash bonus, while the Fusion take home $25,000 USD as runners-up. The third-seeded Fusion manager to take out the second-seeded London Spitfire 3-2 for a chance at finals glory.

Overwatch League Stage 3 kicks off on 5 April, running through until 7 May. Stage 3 will introduce the Blizzard World map into rotation.

Overwatch is currently available on Windows PC, Xbox One and PS4.
