The Elder Scrolls III Morrowind free to celebrate the franchise’s 25th birthday

The Elder Scrolls III Morrowind is free for a limited time to celebrate the franchise’s 25th birthday.

The game will be free on PC until sometime on 1 April in Australian time, but it’s best to go and grab the download as soon as possible. You can do so right here, or by logging into the Bethesda.net launcher and redeeming code TES25TH-MORROWIND.

Moreover, The Elder Scrolls Online is getting into the birthday spirit by offering players the chance to travel to the Khajiiti homeland with the free Elsweyr Prologue Quest, which allows for a chance to preview the game’s new Elsweyr zone. A trailer was also released, below.

Happy 25th birthday to The Elder Scrolls!
