EA Play to be included in Xbox Game Pass subscriptions

EA Play will be included in Xbox Game Pass subscriptions later this year, EA and Microsoft have tonight announced.

“Starting later this year, [EA Play] will be included with Xbox Game Pass Ultimate & [Xbox Game Pass for PC],” a tweet from Microsoft reads.

This means those who subscribe to Xbox Game Pass Ultimate or PC will gain access to the EA Play Vault, which includes such titles as those from the Dragon AgeMirror’s Edge, Crysis, Need for Speed, FIFA, Madden NFL and NHL franchises alongside select titles like Plants vs Zombies Battle for NeighborvilleUnravelPeggle and more. Subscribers receive discounts on game purchases and will periodically receive early access or trials to new games.

Microsoft additionally detailed the launch date and Australian price of the Xbox Series X console.
