E3 2023 dates detailed: Digital Week starts before actual convention

But is it worth the trip to LA?

E3 2023 dates have been detailed by organiser ReedPop and include a Digital Week ahead of the convention proper.

First, the E3 3023 Digital Week starts on 11 June (Los Angeles time, that is) and will involve events like the PC Gaming Show and Future Games Show.

The telling statement there is that ReedPop’s announcement doesn’t detail press conferences from the likes of Microsoft or Ubisoft; instead, the announcement says “with other events to be announced”. Microsoft, it should be noted, has confirmed it’ll be presenting an Xbox and Bethesda livestream as well as one focused on Starfield on 12 June.

A physical E3 2023 convention takes place between 13-16 June, Los Angeles time; industry days run from 13-15 June, while public (aka gamer) days will run over 15-16 June. Industry days will run across both of the Los Angeles Convention Centre’s halls, while Gamer days will be in the South Hall only.

We’ll keep you informed as we learn more of E3 2023.
