Xbox’s newest awkward controller has a big ass

Sonic's got competition in Deadpool.

Move over, fuzzy Sonic controller — a new, awkward Xbox controller promoting Deadpool & Wolverine is here and comes complete with a big ass.

“Deadpool himself has teamed up with Xbox to design a custom Xbox Wireless Controller that everyone will want to get their hands on,” Microsoft said in a post. “Modeled after Deadpool’s much-discussed, perfectly rounded tush, the Deadpool-designed controller is available for one lucky fan to enter for a chance to win via a global sweepstakes alongside other custom Xbox hardware.”

You can take a look at the controller both above and below.

There’s a single big ass controller to be one, worldwide — and requires you to engage with the brand on Elon Musk’s hellsite, Twitter.

Moreover, those in the USA and Canada — so not us here in Australia — can be among the first 1,000 customers to purchase an Xbox Elite Wireless Controller Series 2 and get a free Cable Guys Deadpool Controller Holder by EXG Pro.

Update: There’s a Wolverine controller now as well. You still have to be part of Musk’s hellsite to enter for a chance to win it.

If you’re curious what it looks like, the Wolverine controller is above.

Deadpool & Wolverine heads to cinemas on 26 July and stars Ryan Reynolds as Deadpool and Hugh Jackman as Wolverine.
