Stevivor’s GOTY 2014: Best role playing game

We’re at our last genre-specific Game of the Year award for 2014 before we get into our top 5. Ready for our best RPG?

This was probably the easiest category to vote on internally, with Obsidian’s South Park: The Stick of Truth winning on sheer hilarity alone.

“This is a South Park game that has undeniably been crafted by the devious minds you’ve come to know and love,” Steve said of the game in his review. “If you’re a fan, this is a must-buy. If you appreciate the humour of South Park and love RPGs, it’s one to seriously consider. ”

South Park beat out other RPGs Dragon Age: Inquisition, Child of Light and Dark Souls II.

Stay tuned throughout the week for the rest of our GOTY 2014.
