Star Wars burlesque show tours Australia from next week

The Empire Strips Back, a Star Wars burlesque show, will head to around the country from next week.

Returning to Australia after a sold-out tour in the USA, the Sydney-based burlesque group responsible for The Empire Strips Back will hold the following shows across the country:

  • 31 January 2020: Canberra Theatre Centre (Canberra)
  • 1 February 2020: The Palais, St Kilda (Melbourne)
  • 6-8 February 2020: The Tivoli (Brisbane)
  • 14-15 February 2020: The Enmore Theatre (Sydney)

There are also VIP packages available in Melbourne, Brisbane and Sydney. More information on those, alongside the ability to purchase regular tickets, is right here.

“For the many that missed out on previous tours be prepared for some seriously sexy Stormtroopers, a dangerously seductive Boba Fett, some tantalising Twi’leks, a delightfully luke-warm Taun Taun, a lady-like Skywalker, the Droids you are looking for and much, much more,” the show’s website reads.
