PlayStation NZ’s exercise plan will unleash your inner Kratos

PlayStation New Zealand has teamed up with Ludus Magnus Fitness’ Joe Naufahu to help gamers unleash their inner Kratos.

Gamers can jump in now, ahead of the 20 April release of God of War to start feeling the part.

“All exercises are based on functional movements that would assist in preparing you for the action and battles found in God of War for PS4,” PlayStation NZ advised. “From the new starter bronze level to the platinum trophy, the 4 week programme will provide a variety of intensity levels to challenge all levels of fitness.”

“I’m a massive fan of the God of War series and I’ve always thought that Kratos is a strong character with amazing physical abilities,” Naufahu himself added. “I have created a program that will help you build all the fitness, power, and strength that you need to unleash your inner Kratos. It’s a chance to challenge your friends, get in shape, and of course, celebrate the launch of God of War.”

A new portion of the program will be released each week — we’ll add them here if you’re playing along at home.
