Microsoft Australia’s latest gimmick is an Inflatable Xbox One S controller pool toy

The Microsoft Store Sydney today unveiled the Limited Edition Inflatable Xbox One S controller.

The inflatable pool toy has two drink holders alongside two thumbsticks, though Microsoft was quick to advise that “the Limited Edition Giant Inflatable Xbox One S Controller is not compatible with the Xbox One or Xbox One S gaming console, Xbox One Play and Charge Kit, Xbox One Chat Headset, or Xbox One Stereo Headset.

“It is however suitable for use in swimming pools, fresh water pools or the ocean, all summer long.”

You can check the item out in further images below:

A limited number of the item will be available from today via the Microsoft Store’s Facebook page, where you’ll be tasked to describe your ideal Australia Day — the holiday the pool toy has been timed for — in 25 words or less.

Good luck if you’re keen to grab one.
