Krispy Kreme Pokemon doughnuts are just begging to be caught

They're available now for a limited time.

Limited-time Krispy Kreme Pokemon doughnuts are available now and feature Pokemon Red Blue and Yellow’s starter Pokemon alongside a PokeBall.

The doughnuts are available online, in-store, via Click and Collect or through home delivery across Australia.

Here’s what to expect from each of the five special Pokemon doughnuts:

  • PokeBall doughnut: An original glazed doughnut dipped in white truffle, with red sprinkles, finished with a PokéBall white chocolate plaque
  • Pikachu doughnut: A shell doughnut filled with chocolate crème, dipped in white truffle, finished with a Pikachu white choc plaque
  • Charmander doughnut: A shell doughnut filled with vanilla custard, dipped in white truffle, finished with a Charmander white choc plaque
  • Squirtle doughnut: A shell doughnut filled with strawberry-flavoured filling, dipped in white truffle finished with a Squirtle white choc plaque
  • Bulbasaur doughnut: An original glazed doughnut dipped in green apple icing finished with sand sugar, a crème swirl and a Bulbasaur white choc plaque

The above doughnuts will rotate in an out of stores every two weeks and can be purchased for $3.75 AUD each. For those wanting the entire set at once, you can grab a dozen pack with two Pikachu doughnuts, one of each of the rest of the Pokemon range and six original glazed doughnuts for $29.95 AUD.

I don’t know about you, but I’ve got a craving for Squirtle.

A full listing of Krispy Kreme stores can be found here (but don’t forget to keep to lockdown guidelines, if you’re under ’em!). Alternatively, delivery services like Deliveroo, UberEATS or Menulog might help to secure you a doughnut or two. Or twelve.
