Digimon Survive release date (finally) locked in for 29 July

Is this real life?

After a series of delays, Digimon Survive finally has a release date: 29 July.

Following a leaked release date, producer Kazumasa Habu took to a special video message to make it official.

Digimon Survive was first announced back in 2018, touting a 2019 release date. That obviously came and went; the title was delayed into 2020 before it was rumored to be delayed indefinitelyhttps://stevivor.com/news/another-digimon-survive-delay-looking-likely/. Bandai Namco confirmed one final delay into 2021 (oops) before today’s 2022 announcment. Got all that?

The title is called a “survival simulation RPG,” that offers up both “battle” and “drama” parts.

Digimon Survive heads to Windows PC, Xbox One, PS4 and Switch on 29 July.
