Destiny 2 limited edition DualShock 4 controller detailed [UPDATE]

Update 2: The controller is now confirmed for a 6 September release in Australia.

Update: Sony Australia has confirmed the controller will be available from Spring 2018. A bit of a wait, sure, but at least we get it.

Original story: Sony today confirmed a handsome, Destiny 2themed white DualShock 4 controller.

The controller sports the Destiny 2 logo on one side and symbols for each of the game’s classes — Hunter, Warlock and Titan — on the other. Another Destiny 2 logo is featured on the controller’s newly-redesigned touch pad. The glacier white finish matches the limited edition Destiny 2 PS4 Pro bundle also offered by Sony.

Sadly, this one doesn’t look like it’s coming to Australia — the controller isn’t available in Russia, Poland or the United Kingdom (usually tied together with our country). We’re checking in with Sony Australia now in regards to availability.

Destiny 2 heads to Xbox One and PS4 on 6 September, followed by a release on Windows PC on 24 October.
