Destiny 2 economy changes will headline the game’s big December update, Bungie’s Luke Smith detailed.
Smith took to Twitter to tease the changes.
“Next week the Destiny 2 team will details the system side of the December update,” Smith wrote, referring to the big update that will also bring the game’s first piece of DLC, “Curse of Osiris”.
“It includes: economy updates (vendors & acquiring their gear, tokens, legendary shards), investment updates (new reward systems for weapons & armor) gameplay updates and more.
“Additionally, [Mark Noseworthy] and I will also be answering some questions and addressing community feedback we’ve been reading since launch.”
While many players will be hoping the game’s Token system would be removed altogether, it doesn’t look likely.
Destiny 2 is available now on Windows PC, Xbox One and PS4. “Curse of Osiris” launches on 5 December.
