Destiny 2: Bungie says it isn’t ignoring Eververse feedback

Bungie has taken to its forums to respond to claims it is ignoring Destiny 2 players who’re asking for changes to the in-game microtransaction store known as Eververse.

“Your feedback concerning Eververse is indeed heard, and we have no plans of ignoring it,” Bungie’s dmg wrote today. “We’ve been receiving some questions and concerns from players who believe we may be turning a blind eye to this issue, or that we may be looking to remove the feedback in question from our forums. I can say that we have no plans of doing this.”

Bungie is in hot water over the Eververse, with a majority of players feeling like in-game events like the recently-concluded Dawning exist to push people to the real-money store in order to make further purchases. Players were also unhappy that the game’s first piece of DLC, “Curse of Osiris”, was rather sparse and also locked core players from old Achievements and Trophies when first released.

“We’re looking to share our plans regarding the feedback collected over the holiday season as soon as possible,” dmg continued.

What do you think of Destiny 2‘s Eververse?

Destiny 2 is available now on Windows PC, Xbox One and PS4.
