Death Stranding on PC includes new Cyberpunk 2077 crossover

Kojima and CD Projekt Red are sharing the love.

Death Stranding on PC has been updated with a Cyberpunk 2077 crossover complete with a hacking tool and more, 505 Games has today declared.

Exclusive to the PC release of the game — which has also incorporated elements from Valve’s Half-Life into its world — the new Cyberpunk 2077-themed items are as follows:

  • Cyberpunk 2077 themed Reverse Trike vehicle
  • “Johnny Arm” modeled after Johnny Silverhand’s robotic arm that can be equipped and used in game
  • New holograms and a “Trauma Team” floating vehicle hologram for certain constructions
  • Several fashion items including Johnny Silverhand’s sunglasses

The inclusions come as part of game version 1.05.

Moreover, Death Stranding on PC will be offered at a discounted rate of 50% thanks to a Humble Bundle Sale. The title will be offered for $29.99 USD, today only.

The update comes after eagle-eyed players spotted none other than Kojima Productions’ Hideo Kojima inside Cyberpunk 2077 itself. The appearance is fairly early on in the game, so if you’ve already completed Konpeki Plaza with Jackie, you won’t be able to go and visit the developer. In case you missed it, Kojima’s appearance is below.

Death Stranding is currently available on Windows PC and PS4. Cyberpunk 2077 is currently available on Windows PC, Xbox One, PS4 and Stadia.
