Death Stranding development a little behind, says Kojima

Death Stranding development has fallen a little behind, Hideo Kojima has recently admitted.

Speaking with J-Wave, Kojima said those awaiting the game needn’t worry. “It’s common for studios to fall behind their planned release date, and Death Stranding is very slightly behind our initial plan, but not behind by much,” he said, as translated by IGN.

Kojima was tight-lipped on when we should expect the game, though rumours suggest we’ll see it within 2019. Nothing, of course, has been confirmed by Kojima Productions or Sony as yet.

Death Stranding is a PS4 exclusive in development at Kojima Productions. Do you think we’ll see it in 2019?
