Dead Rising to be made into a feature-length film for Crackle

Over the weekend, Variety reported that Legendary Digital Media plans to make a feature-length film based on Capcom’s Dead Rising series

The movie is set to stream on Sony’s Crackle channel and subsequent console apps.

The movie will be produced by Lorenzo di Bonaventura (Transformers) and Contradiction Films (Mortal Kombat: Legacy).

Dead Rising 3 is soon heading for a Windows PC release. We checked it out at E3; expect our impressions soon.
