Darksiders 4 will be announced, detailed at E3 2019

A new Darksiders game will be detailed at E3 2019, a listing on the E3 Coliseum website as inadvertently confirmed.

We’re likely to hear about the new game — maybe titled Darksiders 4 — ahead of an E3 Coliseum panel called, “Darksiders: Action Adventure Evolved” on 13 June. Why? Well, because the panel’s description says so.

“A discussion about the inception of the Darksiders universe and where it’s headed next,” the description reads. “This panel will coincide with the E3 2019 unveil of a brand new Darksiders game that takes the franchise in a fresh direction. This is a panel discussion about the art and business of creating and maintaining an action adventure franchise rich in-game and corporate lore.”

The panel itself is scheduled for 3.30 am AEST on 14 June.

We’re hoping this “fresh direction” largely improves the franchise; we weren’t too keen on the recent Darksiders 3.

We’ll have more on Darksiders 4 as it becomes available.
